Poweramp Mechanical Dock Levelers
Poweramp Mechanical Dock Levelers are an economical solution to basic applications while still providing strength and durability. These levelers use a pull chain activation to raise the deck. The operator then simply walks the deck back down to the trailer bed or to a stored position. Poweramp mechanical levelers are equipped with a Lip Drive positive lip extension and an extended range, hold down mechanism for extreme float conditions.

Mechanical Dock Levelers are an Economical & Reliable Solution For Basic Applications.
Operation begins when a dock attendant manually pulls the release chain, lifting the leveler from the stored position. Then A Cam Control Counter Balance Assembly raises the leveler, and a fully yieldable hinged lip is automatically extended at the top of the upward travel.
The attendant walks the platform down onto the trailer bed. If the trailer bed is below dock level, the attendant activates a second pull chain at the platform’s front during the walk down. The operating range is 12” above and 12” below dock level. The platform is designed to compensate for canted truck beds up to 4” and remain flush with the dock floor. An automatic release feature protects the device under extreme float conditions common when “air-ride” suspension trailers are serviced.

Construction
The HM Series is designed for heavy-duty applications and has a maximum Comparative Industry Rating (CIR) of 50,000 lbs. All Poweramp Levelers are built with durable four-sided box construction. Structural steel C channels or I beams create more deck support than other levelers.
HM Series Levelers come in 6’, 6’6”, & 7’ standard widths and 6’, 8’, & 10’ standard lengths. Other lengths may be available. Standard capacities for the HM Series are 30K, 35K, 40K,45K, & 50K CIR (Comparative Industry Rating).

The LMP Series is a reliable, yet economic mechanical leveler that has been value engineered to accommodate basic applications. It has a maximum Comparative Industry Rating (CIR) of 40,000 lbs. All Poweramp Levelers are built with durable four-sided box construction. The deck is supported by 6” C channels on the 25k and 35k CIR units and 6” structural channels on the 40k CIR unit.
LMP Series levelers come in 6’, 6’6”, & 7’ standard widths and 6’, & 8’standard lengths. Other lengths may be available upon request. Standard capacities for the LMP Series are 25K, 35K, & 40K CIR (Comparative Industry Rating).
